How it works
Each hand deals a full showdown, face up. Pick the winner (or a split) and your streak grows; the first wrong call ends the run. Your best streak is saved in this browser so you can chase it. Winners are decided by the exact seven-card evaluation used in Texas Hold'em, ties included — so a genuine chop counts only if you call the split.
Why "one mistake ends it" works
A survival format rewards consistency, not just accuracy. It's easy to read 80% of showdowns correctly; it's much harder to string twenty in a row without a lapse. That pressure mirrors the table, where a single misread river can cost a stack. Chasing a personal-best streak turns hand reading into a game you'll actually come back to.
How to go deep
The mistakes that end runs are almost always on "obvious" hands read too fast. Build a habit: on every board, check for a possible flush and straight before you look at pairs, then compare kickers only when two players share a category. Watch for paired boards (full houses hide there) and for spots where the board plays and the pot splits.

Each player's best five-card hand is built from their two hole cards plus the five community cards, exactly like a Texas Hold'em showdown. Ties are compared to the last kicker, and a genuine tie counts as a split.
Any tips for a long streak?
Slow down on the hands that look easy — that's where careless misreads happen. Scan for flushes and straights first, then full houses, then kickers. And don't forget split pots: on some boards no one is ahead.
